We are not responsible for any errors submitted by the customer.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, and changes or cancellations may not always be possible. We recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make a request, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Each product is crafted with care, and therefore production and delivery times may vary. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.

By submitting any content to us, you confirm that you have the right to use it. This includes names, images, and any other material used for personalization. We use this content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
