Yes. Every Mementales story is created from scratch around the person, the memories, and the message behind the book. We do not use ready-made templates, and we do not rely on generic AI stories. AI helps us explore ideas, but every story is shaped, edited, and refined by humans so it feels thoughtful, personal, and emotionally true.

Mementales offers two packages: Classic for AED 450 and Grand Keepsake for AED 650. Classic includes a 24-page, 15×15 cm square book, while Grand Keepsake includes a larger 36-page, 22×22 cm square book. Both are printed on 350 GSM premium paper with layflat pages.

A Mementales book usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks to create. This includes understanding your story, writing the book, creating the visuals, making revisions, and preparing the final version for print. Printing begins only after you approve the digital proof.

Yes. You'll be part of the process from the beginning. You'll approve the story concept, review the written story, and see the full digital proof before printing. You can request changes along the way to make sure the book feels right before the final version is produced.

Yes. You can include voice notes, videos, or special messages through QR codes inside the book. This is a beautiful way to add a personal memory that can be listened to or watched later.

In most cases, yes. You can create a book for birthdays, family memories, milestones, anniversaries, new babies, grandparents, siblings, pets, personal messages, or even a life lesson you want to share with a child. As long as the idea can be turned into a meaningful story, we can help shape it.

After you place your order, we send you a short questionnaire to understand who the book is for, what the story should be about, and what message you want it to carry. Then we create story concepts, write the manuscript, design the characters, create the illustrations, and share a digital proof with you. Once you approve the final book, we print, pack, and deliver it.

You do not need to come with a full story. You can share simple details like who the book is for, their name, age, personality, favorite things, important memories, family members, pets, the occasion, and the message you want the book to carry. Even a few meaningful details are enough for us to begin shaping the story.

For now, we deliver within the UAE. International shipping is not available yet, but we may offer it in the future.

Yes. You can order multiple copies of the same book. This is especially useful for parents, grandparents, siblings, or family members who want to keep their own copy.
